Most websites on here sell for monthly revenue X 10.. but as google ads have been disabled for this website, value will probably decrease..

Adbrite has only been on the site since the 8th of February so I'm missing stats up untill then

Adbrite is getting $4.06 daily average
and Adversal is getting around $2.50 daily average

I calculated revenue by doing: Weekly Average X 4

Why were google ads disabled on the website?

 

Its been up for almost 2 months and is hosted by a member on DP..
The site is completely legal so there is no reason why it will get shut down

 

The email they sent said:

For example, your site cannot contain phrases such as "click the ads," "support our sponsors," "visit these recommended links," or other similar language that could apply to the Google ads on your site. Publishers may not use symbols or misleading images that direct attention to the ads on their sites, and publishers may not label the Google ads with text other than "sponsored links" or "advertisements."

I think it was because I had an edited adsense search box which said "search here for movies" instead of "google search" on the button

I dont think site is hosted in US..
also thousands of these sites exist and normally won't get shut down because they aren't so popular as the example in that article QSS

 

website like this will not be shut down as nothing is hosted on the server. aslong as the video is hosted on a nother site like youtube then all you are doing is giving a back link to youtube. so its up to youtube to take the video down if the owner has a proplem with it. i have a site like it and it is been up for over 6 months and i have never got an email from any one even my host has not asked me to take it down. but you will not be able to put google ads on it as they dont accept website like that any more. but you can still use other ones like adbrite or ETology.

Because adsense is disabled on this site and everyone is scared this website is getting shutdown.. I am selling this site for a BIN of just $400 - This is VERY cheap and you could make your money back in less than 3 months..

$400 is VERY cheap for this site as most sites here sell for monthly revenue X 10 - for this site that's $1800

Reason for selling so cheap is that I need $200 asap.

Site has been running for almost 2 months and probably isn't going to get shut down any time soon.. or ever..

 

I forgot to mention this site is custom coded by me and has an admin panel for adding movies and news..

Really love what you did placing all parts of a movie on the same page. It really annoyed me watching the first half of a movie and then going to another page to watch the other only to find the link broken or the site down.

thanks alogh most of the traffic comes from stumbleupon and im my experience that usually goes away after a month and also doesnt seemed to cached by google

 

Traffic has been going steady for almost 2 months.. but I understand what you mean.. Although I am starting to receive some good backlinks like the one from www.ovguide.com
