    Possible sale of gaming forum

    Forum has 600+ members and been around for a year. Gets good search engine traffic (ranks very highly for great terms) and soon with the release of a new game in the series the forum will see a huge increase in traffic. Has an alexa ranking of 600,00 and because of a recent domain name change no PR although i have purchased 250 directory submission and done other work to see that it get a PR2 or higher next update.

    The forum has a custom, unique design at a cost of $300

    Current Traffic:
    Between 120 - 150 uniques a day, will increase by huge amounts soon (pm for more info and proof)

    Current Revenue:
    Around $20 a month, will increase by huge amounts soon (pm for more info and proof)

    Also i made a mistake in the first post, its get between 120 and 200 uniques with an average of around 170/180.
