Possible sale of PTC site

Hi all.I have stopped from selling clickmate as it is too worthy to lose.I have decided to see if this website www.hotptc.com can be sold at a good rate.You can consider this as a turnkey website as well.Because it is brand new.Just a few days old.Opened on 6th of this month.Has 70+ members joined.Getting an average of 1300 unique visitors every day.Nothing else to tell about this.

I thought I shall start off the bid with a low $50.Increment of $10.The condition for a sale is as follows.Site will be sold after 24 hours from last bid.The reserve i have in mind to sell this site is not too far from the starting bid.

I have actually planned to advertise Adult sites in it.if you want normal ads to be placed only a few text corrections need to be made which is very easy.

Please note that I will be promoting this site and keep running it normally until a sale is declared by me...
