Possible sale of my Free Blog Directory

I am considering selling my Free Blog directory to someone that can really turn it into a useful resource. I don’t think I am able to market this niche directory or even run it the way it should be, so it will be best if sell it to someone who can.

Few things you will like to know about it:
Directory is running phpLD 2.1.3 (Free version)
LemonShadow template from Shabu (Free)
Directory has been submitted to mostly free few paid directories.
There was no advertisement done for it. (Other than a few paid submissions)
Directory got PR3 in last update and went down to PR2 in recent update.

Domain registered at NameCheap (Free push)
Created= 2006-11-06
Expires= 2008-11-06

Do not expect any income from Featured link submission. You can sell 10 links for $30-$40/year and can get up to $400. You can run some affiliate banner or Adsense and can earn extra bucks. You will need to monatize it on your own.

Starting bid = $75
Min Increment = $15
BIN = $250
Payment via PayPal or MoneyBookers (Preferred)

TERMS= Current sponsored links must remain there till May 2008. If you want to remove them, add another $50 to final price. (Make sure what are you going to do before bidding. There is no excuse for it)

Yes I can move it to your host. (No problem on that)

These days I am getting 30-40 submission a day but since I am strict on accepting them, not all of them are able to get listed.
