Possible sale: established, unique script arcade site with revenue

I would like to get an idea of who might be interested in this project of mine.

This is an arcade site for which i developed a unique script, no turnkey. The owner will of course have rights to the script and can chose to start reselling it, or can keep this unique arcade for himself.
The script itself has many features. The backend allows adding a category, adding games, removing games, recomending some, unrecomending some, sending emails, checking online users.
The game urls are all mod_rewritten, custom titles for every game page. Design is easy to change as it uses seperate includes for the header, menu, banners, each ad unit, footer.
The site has also a search capacility, a shoutbox, myspace game code.

Also, the site is established. It had 2200 uniques in june, 4000 in july and 4000 so far in august. It has generated around $250 from YPN in less than 2 month with varying earnings per day. No bulletins were used to advertise the site.
The site's traffic is mostly from backlinks (It has a PR6, many PR5,4 backlinks), and a bit from adwords (only spending 40cents-50cents per day, kept it like that for a few uniques a day, but doesn't matter much).

Also, it includes this 4 letter easy to spell domain (10 month old on top).

I can provide access to awstats and other stats, as well as revenue screenshot, but potential buyers should tell me what they are willing to pay in case a deal is closed.

Also, depending on the data center you hit at google, some have over 1100 pages cached. Results 1 - 10 of about 1,130 from aogy.com for . (0.29 seconds)

Also the name is branding itself as you see from search engine searches for 'aogy'.

So in sum the value is in the following:
- a script that was never resold. completely unique code which can be itself an arcade reselling business
- an established arcade with traffic and good backlinks and a lot of games
- revenue that fluctuates depending on the day but that adds up to a nice sum per month
- the domain name and design that is unique

 

Ok thus far i've had offers speaking with x's. Let us hear real figures so that I can take a decision.

I have no real offer. Thats why i mentioned that xxxx is not a real bid. I expect the potential buyer to say what he has to offer instead of a bid and I might actually take it. Though this should take into consideration the fact this script is unique and can be resold, as well as the established website fact.
