Possible Sale - Celebrity Gossip PR5 Website

First off let me say that I am seeing what kind of interest the sale of my site might bring as I might need some money to make a final payment on my up coming wedding.

Site: Celebridiot.com will auto forward to the /gossip sub-folder
both the parent and sub are each PR5

Age: The first post on the blog is from July 3, 2006

Traffic - Between 1000-2000 unique per day / best day was over 20000 unique when the Antonella Barba story broke on American Idol - i was getting between 6000 - 25000 per day for a couple of weeks

Earning: Adsense - Has broken $100 every month this year(just topped $100 this week for April)
Kontera - about $40 a month
AuctionAds - been up for about 6 weeks and just passed $100 total(i did have one $43 day though so take that total with a grain of salt)

Content: Everything is written by me everyday - this is not an auto updating blog

Advertising: $0 - I have links on a bunch of other popular celebrity blogs - look at the links page to see where I am and I am also on several blog directories/top-sites

The site has been good to me and generates a lot of generic traffic from google/google images/and other search engines. Other traffic comes from a combination of other sites/and some gossip feed site

Feedburner - AVG about 150 readers per day

Unfortunately I don't. I saw a PR4 gossip blog sell this week for $1000 and it was making $40 per month
