Possible router problem -- my site won't load for me, loads for everyone else

I have a website (quass.com) that has been working fine for 10 years now, but suddenly today it is not loading for me. I say "for me" on purpose because it apparently loads for everybody else, and even I can load it if I attempt to access the site through a proxy service.

I have called both my service provider and my Web hosting service and they say the site loads for them and they can't duplicate the problem.

My own guess is that this has something to do with my Cisco router that I access the Web through for my telecommuting work on my second computer. The second computer (my telecommuting computer) can load quass.com without problem.

I have tried re-setting the router, re-setting the ISP connection, rebooting my computer, etc. Nothing has helped.

I've been online for 15 years now and I can safely say that this is the most frustrating technical problem that I've ever had (been working on it nonstop for the last 7 hours) so I would greatly appreciate any ideas on what I can try next to solve this problem.

Again, the site (quass.com) works fine on my work computer but not on my personal computer (Samsung Windows 7), both of which use the same Cisco router. This problem just started this morning for no apparent reason.

Sorry to hear the problem you are facing. Did you try performing a traceroute to the domain ? Check what does it show & see if it completes. It will help further in narrowing the cause.

Hi! If both computers are connected through the same router it is unlikely to be a router problem. Try the following:
-check your C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts and see if your website is not redirected
-backup stuff and do a system restore
    -change your local ip
Verify your htaccess file on your server and see if you are "not allowed"
    Can you connect through FTP?
    Good luck!
