    Hi,

Anyone with experience with a Time Period Free Trial set up?

I would like to achieve the following:

    1. Collect CC Payment details when purchaser buys now.

    2. There is a FREE TRIAL of the product of 30 days before the credit card is actually charged.

    3. It is a one time payment, no subsequent payments after that.

Is it possible to set this up with Paypal?

    Thanks in advance.

What exactly are you asking? Setting up a trial credit card on your PayPal account?

PayPal will check the information on the card, then compare it to the PayPal account. If they do not all match, you will not become verified.

Apologies if I have not been sufficiently clear.

I am SELLING an online product which I would like to offer buyers a free 30 day trial.

But at the point of signing up or buying, I would like Paypal to collect the Credit Card details, but only making the charge on the card at the end of 30 days - if the customer did not cancel.

I am asking if anyone has experience with a set up like this.

    Thanks in advance.

Yes it's there under subscription billing.

Log in to your Paypal account and click on Merchant Services on top menu. Next look for the Subscriptions & Recurring Payments link at right side or go to this url https://www.paypal.com/row/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_xclick-sub-factory

Under Trial Period#1 enter 0 to create a free trial period and select 30 days as trial period

Under Regular Billing Cycle enter the amount and then select No for Continue to bill the subscriber for this amount on a recurring basis?
