Ok I'm going to start this off by saying I don't know if I can afford the budget for my idea at this time, so once I get a few quotes from anyone who might be interested... well we'll see where it goes from there. Basically I'm looking to create something similiar to a social bookmarking site with a few changes to it. If this is something that would be up your alley, send me a PM and we can go further into details and possible costs. Again... just a heads up this might be put on thebackburner for a few months but I'd like to know at least a ballpark range of what I'd be looking at for a price once we talk over what I have in mind.
