Possible myspace website for sale.. 9months old/high rev & good rankings

I'm moving house in the new year and i need to get driving! If i get the right bid i will be selling www.spacemisc.com, a well established myspace resource website.

I'm in no rush to sell the website, it's been a nice little earner with no work needed atall. I have maintained the website for over 7 months.. it is coming up to 10 months old with great SERP's in Google! I brought the website from the previous owner when the site was probably just over one month old, i worked on the website building links etc, the website has top SERP's for many searches including;

There is tons of potential, especially being page 3 for 'myspace layout' and page 5 for 'myspace layouts' it could easily increase revenue with further work.. I have advertised the website a couple of times but nothing major!

The websites revenue is mainly 50/50 from valueclickmedia and google adsense, paid submissions at www.spacemisc.com/myspace-directory/ are occasionally submitted with a fee of $4.99. Total daily revenue is averaging out to be $60, so around $1800 a month. The website has had ups and downs but it seems to be holding tight at $60/day. A further $90/month is made from link subscriptions. More revenue could be made by selling banner spots or adding YPN.

I also have made my own profile views counter which you can see at www.spacemisc.com/profileviews/ - i haven't had too many sales but every penny counts right

Spacemisc.com is currently PR4 but predicted Pagerank 5 which im pretty sure it'll get if not 6 as it has over 18,000 links according to iwebtool (http://www.iwebtool.com/www.spacemisc.com).

I'm looking for someone who is serious about it, and can make me a good offer..
