    Most of the search engines attached with SEM programs, for example you can have a look to adword program from Google.

    Offer the viewer something for free if they fill out your form with there information. Free monthly newsletter, ebook, or find material that you can buy and have resales rights to. There are plenty of materials to buy real cheap that you could give away each week. So if you have 5 books, videos, or just newsletter's you can give it all away a little bit at a time to them if they sign up. This is called incentivised traffic, where you are giving something away for free if they signup.

    There are many different email marketing & lead generation methods. You need to create squeeze pages & opt in forms for every page on your site, and as suggested above you can give away some freebies to entice people to sign up to your list.

    You'll also want to give some thought on how you're going to build rapport with your list - it's no use having a big list and not being able to service it with a mix of good content and targeted offers.
