Possible Game Site Sale - Over 800 uniques per day

Hi Guys,

I own a game site based on Runescape. It consistantly gets between 700 and 1100 uniques per day.

Most of this traffic is from Google, MSN and Yahoo.

It holds 1st page and top 5 rankings for the main keyword Runescape in both yahoo and msn.

Also countless sub-keywords which it holds 1st position for.

In google it holds top 10 ranking for the keyword runescape guide (1 mill competition)

And also holds a page 6 result for the keyword runescape (this could be bought up pretty easily.

The actual keyword runescape recieves ALOT of traffic, over 1 million searches per month.

It currently is earning between $400 and $600 per month consistant for the last 4 months. Earnings are from both Google adsense and also from affiliate sales.

There is also a list of 3268 subscribers that come with the site.

If you have any suggestions on what you think this site may be worth, please post in this thread.

I was also thinking maybe converting it into a forum, it could instantly become one of the most popular board's to visit with the ammount of traffic it is getting.

Are you selling or asking for appraisals? Don't waste peoples time if you are not interested in selling.

Well fryman as I mention in my post I am asking for appraisels and advice.

Westhaven, I am interested in selling I just need to find out the worth of it first. I know there is ALOT more that can be done with the site for extra traffic etc.

So based on current stats above what would something like this be worth?

It is worth around 10-12 months worth of revenue.

 

About 2 months ago i started a auto forum. It blew up pretty big bc the competing site just shut down so all the members are coming to my site. unfortunatly i have an outstandinf bill i need to pay for, so i need to sell my site . Its http://www.prelude-tech.com it gets about 14,000 hits a day i make about $5.00 a day on adsense on average. Most traffic is from google and yahoo. its 2nd or 3rd with keyword "prelude tech". It gets more and more traffic everyday! MAKE OFFER!
