Possible Blog Sale. PR3 + Traffic + Revenue.

I've been considering the possible sell of my internet marketing blog. I'm afraid I'm going to run into the problem of the blog being more valuable to me for personal reasons than it will be for anyone else. I can barely make time for updates anymore, so I've decided to take offers.

The blog is broketoballin.com. I started it almost a year ago now. The site used to be PR4, now PR3, and has some very strong links coming in to it. The traffic has fluctuated wildly, but averages 20-40 uniques a day over the last couple of months. It receives some traffic from the search engines as well. The only promotion I've ever done is a sig link here, and on one other forum.

Over the last three months the blog has earned about $200 revenue, mostly from yahoo search and hostgator affiliate links. Also, a little bit of adsense rev but probably not even worth mentioning.

I've never done any promotion for it, and I've also never sold any links, that's probably another $50 a month revenue for a potential buyer right there.
