Hey guys due to university taking over my little time Im considering letting go of my current project.

It uses vbulletin totally. We have been open officially for 3 months and started using adsense this month. So far this month I have earned $19.09.

The site hasn't used any paid advertising.

You can make money through paid memberships, Ive had 3 people become paid members so far but havent really forced it. Downloads are hosted on a seperate server which you can transfer to your own if you wish or you can continue to pay the small monthly fee $14 a month.

How Downloads work
Users must register to download, they must post once a day in the forum to download for that day. This post requirement can be increased to what ever number you want. You can also restrict how many files members can download or how much bandwidth members can use for downloads depending on there usergroup.

Premium members
Premium members don't see any ads and dont have to post to download they also dont have any download limits. (you can change these limits if you wish)
Becoming a premium member is automatic once paid through paypal through the subscriptions system in vbulletin. Check out the details here

What else do you get
online stream section here which you can easily add more videos to.

Serious offers please id like to let this project go for a good price it has alot of potential for the right person and ive put in a lot of work to organize it.

It be a good idea to buy vbseo and set it up. It be interesting to see how much it helps.

Websites defiantly up, you dont need very much skill maintenance is very easy. You upload manga to your server then add it through the links and downlaods manager which is very easy you basically click Add Entry put in the name of the manga volume put in the link to the manga file then click submit. Creating categorys is the same.

Adding videos is even easier you can either get people to upload them or you can add them from other vidiac running websites.

Legal issues, this one is a hard one to answer but if you check sites such as mangadownload.net narutofan.com mangatrader.com you have to ask why are they still around?

Note: My main idea was to make enough money through site so I could move it to a dedicated server. That way I could change the upload size and post size in the php.ini then make it so members could upload manga themselves as well as just my uploaders, so it work like mangatraders.com

No I dont have a BIN in mind at the moment, site isnt down I just gave wrong link in first post and now cant edit it. There a mod that can do this for me please.

 

The problem is you wrote the wrong url in the link. You wrote manag instead of manga. People here are too mentally challenged to think for themselves.

Wow that was rather rude, if your not going to consider bidding then dont post. This is a thread about selling my site not about how successful your other sites are. It amazes me how low people are sometimes taking every oppurtunity to advertise there site.

Sure, I bought it, thought I would have time for it and more importantly the interest in it to make it grow and I don't.

The site was a pain in the a** to move as well. It has a lot of Manga downloads (the main reason the memebrs are so loyal and love the forum) but the real issue was the fact that it was on a godaddy server so the entire move was manual downloading to my computer then reuploading to hte new server. That just left a bad taste in my mouth. Godaddy really sucks and is the most featureless hosting i've ever witnessed.

The good news is the site is now on a full cpanel/WHM server so I can do a server to server transfer for you no sweat..

Site sill gets nearly 100 posts per day with new members every day. My plan was to give away a few cheap usb flash drives and increase the post count amount to download Manga from 1 (where it is now today) to 25. Maybe even base it on the points system so the need BOTH referrals and posts to download. Once that happens the new members and site activity will soar even higher.

Definitely a diamond in the rough I just have no interest.
