Putting aside any moral issues, you really need to consult a lawyer about this. Each State and country have their own laws on pornography and since breaches of these laws are likely to lead to jail and potential entries on sex-offender registers then you must be absolutely sure that what you are doing is legal in the place you conduct your business and the place you host your site - including the hosting company and/or colocation company and/or datacentre. The fact that it's an upload and file sharing service will require extreme vigilance to ensure that paedophiles and other unsavoury people don't use the service for their own ends, and that your servers never contain anything illegal. Due to the potential problems, and the fact that you're asking for advice on a public forum, suggests that you should, perhaps, consider a career where jail-time is a far less likely outcome for the unprepared.
