    Uhm, of course it is :) Free directories, blog comments etc come to mind.

    I found that many of my same content one way link came naturally. If you have good content, people will naturally link to your site.

    Of course, you can get lot of quality one way link. You just need to work hard for it. Directory submission, forums posting and comment posting on blog is good one way link. Even some blog uses nofollow google still crawl the page as backlinks, however it the blog will not pass link juice.
