    Does google sitemap support positive timezone offsets?

    I'm getting errors on what seems to be a perfectly good value:

    <lastmod>2005-09-03T14:32:53+08:00</lastmod>

    I found some other complaints people having and in their examples they also use +08, while all the working examples I've seen are negative, typically -05.
