    Hi everyone,

An online casino will be expanding its team very soon (more details on dates below) and at the moment additional support operators will be needed.

The job involves live chat, handling emails and generally assisting/managing customers effectively. Needless to say, perfect written English is a must as well as excellent communication skills. Apart from the obvious basics, here's what else you could have going for you:

    - Do you know another language? English doesn't have to be your first language, in fact it would be preferred if you've mastered English after your native language. There are a lot of international customers to be catered to. French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese etc.

    - Are you tech friendly? You don't have to be a professional web developer/coder, but knowing how to properly optimize your computing experience and give advice to other team members is always nice and convenient. Working in a team is much different than going solo - there's almost always something that could be improved.

    - Are you flexible with your working hours? Night support is as important as day time support. Could you do it on a long term basis if required? Would you not mind having to switch shifts every week?

    - Would you be available for long-term work? We're talking 6 months to a year at least. The job will have a guarantee too.

Please submit your applications with detailed information about yourself, your background experience, salary expectations etc. Basically everything you find relevant and worth noting.

November 1st is the date when I would like to have someone on board. This gives me enough time to go through a considerable amount of job applications, ask questions and get answers. Same applies to you of course.

I hope to hear from you soon!

    Thanks,
    Alex
