Selling Portuguese article directory

    I have a Portuguese article directory that has recently dropped from PR6 to PR3 after experiencing server problems.

    The site is using a script and has around 970 indexed pages and some very high quality backlinks.

    The problem is that this type of site requires dedicate hosting, which I do not have and am currently not interested in having. The site is using too much memory from my limited hosting account so I have disabled it at the moment. If you are interested, I will enable it again for a short time so you can see the site.

    I believe that a little work on this site and dedicated hosting can return the site to its former glory when it had 1000+ uniques per day (around 3 months ago).

    Hence, I would like to sell this site: domain and database.

    If you are willing to keep some sitewide links permanently on the site, I am prepared to give it for a cheaper price.

    If you want to buy this site, put it on dedicatd hosting and improve it a little, make me a decent offer and I'll sell it immediately.

    Btw, the number of backlinks stated above does not seem to be correct, because the site has 600+ backlinks.

    PS. Regarding the unique content issue: in the beginning when the site was new I was accepting articles which were already published on the Internet, but have stopped that practice about 6 months ago, therefore there is plenty of unique content on the site.

    Well,

    From what I've managed to see here, with the potential that this site has, if the links stay on the site I would ask 400 euros, if they do not stay, I would 500 euros.

    When the site started experiencing server problems, the SERPs dropped, so now the site gets around 100 uniques daily. In August, the number was 1000.

    In order to save this site, which certainly has great potential, by selling it fast, I'm willing to sell it for 350 euros or the best offer above this price that I receive today. (This low price will require you to maintain 5 sitewide links, one of which will expire in 3 months).

    I think this is a great deal for someone who flips sites as only 3 months ago, when the site had PR6, I could have sold it for much more money. I made a mistake because I wasn't aware of the memory limitations on my server.

    The site only requires optimization and I'm not the best person to do it, as I don't have time and sufficient knowledge.
