The gradient effect on your top nav is horrid. Your title is text and dispalys terrible on my laptop "tomhuveners.com" make that an image or something. You need the site to look clean and polished. right now it doesn't

 

it is text... i know.. images are not good..

 

are you banned from Google, the banner space says "You are not authorized to view this page", either remove it or do something else

Using URL like ?l=2 is good but using images is bad, if using images is bad then you could try having a G style design, no images only texts.....

all other is quite well done.

About the top navigation, I feel like the top menu is separated from the content because of its BG

also except for having NEXT PAGE, if there are 2 or more pages, maybe you could like directly to the pages????

Also I suggest you to use scrolbarr instead of "next page", especially in news (home).

 

naam is dutch will fix that

and scroll bars are badd!!
especialy for in such a small frame..
