I really don't understand why people post such cropped images for thumbnails. I would rather see a smaller image of the entire design. I personally don't like black pages and I've heard that marketing-wise a lot of people don't use black but I forget all the reasons why. Other than that, the site's good.
Pretty nice web 2.0 styled design. The only things that look off is the graphic element on the left and the banner on the right. For the graphic on the left, get rid of the white border and it'll blend in better.
