Portfolio of Sites - How much are they worth?

I have around 10 sites that make a combined $250 average per month.

This has been steady for well over a year and mainly from TLA/Linkworth/Adsense so does fluctuate. Some good domains and traffic.

What should I expect to achieve for this portfolio?

 

You'll normally get around 8-12 months revenue, so you should be looking for $2000-$3000.

 

well it will really depend on the niche of the site, the age and on the revenue. So to really be able to tell you would have to list it at flippa

 

8 months for a site that has been $250+ per month for 12 months + lol....think I'll keep them then!

 

Yes Grant, it makes much more sense to hold on to them, I think flipping only makes sense for sites under six months old. But he is right on the price and that is on a big time auction site, about 8 times your monthly income. Though I do see lots of 600 to 800 dollar sold prices on sites that are young and making a verified 50 dollars a month. So that seem to be a good option. People always think they can do better so get the traffic up and show you got the traffic and that adds to the premium price too.
