Looks nice, but the banner ad spoils a bit the overall impact.

Two things: first, as mentioned by stampavideo, the animated banner is very distracting. Not sure I'd want something like that on my personal portfolio site.

Second, why is the "Artwork / Graphic Design" Banner so tall? It pushes the useful content down much lower on the page which is not a good thing.

Nice portfolio though. I like your work.

the ad is really not in the good position buddy. Color scheme is really good, black brings out the simplicity of the site. Maybe you can improve your homepage by adding some 1 or 2 sample works that may attract the viewer to look for your whole album. Good luck buddy.

i know, unfortunatly its only a free web, so i dont get to decide where the ad goes unless i upgrade to the one i have to pay for

Looks ok, but I do not like the colors you have used there.
I do not like also the position of that banner, make something with that.

That ad kicks your portfolios credibility down a notch. If it's from webs.com then you should spend the $10 to buy a domain elsewhere, get a shorter address and your own hosting.

Also make a memorable logo, something that's scalable (large or small and still identifiable).

    G'luck!

Remove the ad at the top.
Also i noticed your using free hosting, (.webs.com) i think it would look much more profesional if you buy your own domain and hosting, it will look much more profesional, plus youll be able to create your own design for the website(not sure if you actually made that anime one)
    Just my 2cents

ok, ive completly changed the design, scrapped the anime design and gone with a more simplistic design and ad is no longer at the top

most of the things are not appearing on your page they are showing page not found, i think u used iframe in it so the URL you are doing SRC are not present at their locations..

    check it out.

    1. Banner in the content area is too tall, your information is below it... No one wants to scroll around to find info.
    2. Google Ads makes you look unprofessional. Your trying to make money from designs, not google.
