Sorry for not answering till now but i've had a lot of work. (Thanks for submissions.)

I didn't use a script. It's made by me.
I'm from Romania and I have a small design&development firm (more like a freelancer with firm): http://www.ineditmedia.com.

This year i've decided to try something on international market and if it work i'm planning to develope 3 more portal: centralgame.net, gameaddicted.com and onlinedir.net (a bigger directory with a lot of services, hopefuly free) .

To conclude any, and i mean any pertinent suggestions will be highly appreciated

Do you intend to release the code for download? I bet if you distribute it for free with a link to your site, http://www.ineditmedia.com/ will become popular interationaly. I'm the first who is going to install it.

It's a good ideea . I have a 8 years background in design&development in Romania. My first directory and one of my first contract was www.linkuri.ro (one of the most popular romanian search engine). I have a lot of scripts made by me for my clients (www.tvmania.ro and www.bolero.ro ...etc.) so i guess i could make a very good directory script starting from directory.portalit.net (by the way it was made in about 3-4 weeks).

Now i'm imporving the script a lot for onlinedir.net. I intend to add a lot of features for visitors (favorites, notes, bookmark-his own collection of sites within directory) and for site owners (crawler+free search on his site based on my crawler with statistics etc..), search within directory and on sites from directory (as i say i intend to index all site from directory - crawler).

So once is ready i will release the code for download (Thanks for the ideea Martin).
