    I would say higher considering those are the original magic keywords. Its a .org so its annoying i guess. But still potential is huge SEO wise.

    Actually .org is not that "annoying" for non-commercial forums.
    It fits the extension perfectly and gives some air of credibility ;)

    If I were an end-user I'd be willing to pay up to low xxx for the name.
    For resellers... maybe mid to high xx.
