I am from UK. My host is in US. Obviously the content i host is of 18+ models. I don't create any content.

What legal issues do i have to consider?

Do i need to put a 2257 notice, even though I am from uk?

you can probably do that. i've linked to my adult affiliate's notice.

 

I think providing a 2257 on your own site will be fine. Do a little copy and paste and edit a little bit saying they content isnt yours and all that good stuff!
