Porn sites linking to my company site?

i was checking awstats for my companies website... we are getting hits from 3 porn sites.. WHY? lol

why would porn sites be linking to my company site?

 

Sounds like referrer spam to me.

Thanks Mad4 I also know of someone who gets bombarded with their forum in such a way.

I also know this question is off. But the scripts they have listed in the article, are they for keeping out unwanted spammers?

 

wow. thats a pain in the ass. going to be hard to explain to them when i give end of the month reports.

 

I am assuming that you checked the porn sites don't actually link to your company sites..... Some link to strange places like Disney.
