I would say that most porn sites which are reguritating existing pics/videos (similar to the way humor vid sites do) use PPC. Ive seen Adbrite used with them a bit. However, usually the company that actually created the porn uses membership/subscriber business model.
My husband used to own several porn sites and had one of the biggest affiliate programs until he got sued my Microsoft for spam. Turned out it was an affiliate who spam using his returned company ... before that, his affiliate program and all his sites were grossing almost 2 mil per month.... mind you he owns really good domains like PornVideos.com and TeenGirls.com
You should go to Internext in Vegas to learn more about running that type of site. Fortunately it is after CES this year, so the rooms will be the regular rate

porn is a tricky business. alot of scammers in it. alot of spammers too. If you can find a unique content supplier you will really boost your chances.
