No i can not, i would suggest adbrite, they are pretty good. You could also use aduldfriendfinder, they also have a really good ppc program .
Actually adult content is allowed on google. I've talked to a couple other people who have campaigns up and running. Child pornography and "or other non-consensual material" is not allowed (https://adwords.google.com/select/contentpolicy.html) , but general purpose porn is. Your ads will only show up on people's machines who have the adult content filter turned off.

Hard to find out !!!! is he looking for publishing or advertising... i have tried to sort out both the things for him..thats what i can do at most.
I've heard that Google doesn't allow using Adsense on Porn sites, but I've noticed porn sites that use them and the ads are from adult advertisers....strange?!?!?!?
