    It is legal I would say, but the site will then be considered and known as porn site.

    InterNACHI which is one of the largest associations of home inspectors had him remove the porn from his site. Good work on their behalf :eek:

    I'm sure you'd need a disclaimer to show pornographic images, or just an "I agree I'm 18 or Over".

    I could have been a 10 year old kid accessing your site then.

    I did speak with the webmaster via email about the situation. He was blown away by this thread. Obviouslly, people can say what they want, but his email is very professional and asking for suggestions on what to do to right the situation.

    Im fairly sure he was hacked.... granted he is genuine in not knowing. His reply was of

    "wow, thanks for the info. I also received another email about this, how could this happen".

    Either way, looks like it is gone now! Good work DP!
