    That is a great domain, but the .me extension is quite problematic. I found that Google may restrict the content of that website primarilly to that country (Monteneggro). The buyer will face some trouble in getting the domain to show its content globally, especially due to the domain extension.

    I agree with you - develop it - try to work hard at getting the content listed globally on all Google's search engines.

    You could then increase the value tremendously.
