    Possible they are using a common ad server which provides a front end and site to networks? I have seen a lot of these low class ad serving solutions popping up as a 1 stop shop for people who want to run an ad network who don't have the understanding, the connections, or the finances to do so.

    I just found out something funny.
    The guy just copy / pasted the text on our pages :)) have a look : adexm.com vs this popzila.com thing ( check index / advertisers / publishers pages ). Sad part is that some of our content was hard to copy for him because of the CSS3 and jquery animations... so the poor guy couldn't just copy / paste everything... even so... I'm 100% positive he tried his best.

    If that wasn't enough, I was just informed that the guy actually emailed us saying that he wants to sell traffic to us :))

    P.S. i wish you would have to take an IQ test before being able to register a domain in order to make sure that a human being is trying to register the domain not some kind of hairless ape :))
