PopWin has just been updated to v2.0. What is new ? A lot . We have a hybrid system that calculates your rates for CPM and a CPA system to fill worldwide. We also have a new ad format : Mobile Redirect ( with more than 2 ad format coming up soon ) . On the CPA system you get paid by each conversion you made .We have a variety of offers but some great converting one are on App installs,binary and adult.

Our bids starts from $2.5 - $3 for tier1 countries and we've also have a fall back URL option for people that don't want to work with CPA.
Payments are issued every friday with a minimum withdraw of $50 on paypal and pazum,for the moment and people earning more than $100 per day will have daily payments.
