Popups/Pop Under Allowed?

    Hello

    I've asked Amazon's support desk several times, but no one supplies any straight answers. They point me to the "operating agreement" which tells me nothing (unless I missed it).

    I just want to know if it's allowed or not.

    Can anyone point it out in the operating agreement?

    Apparently not. I can't find it in the TOS. Here's Amazon's reply:
