popupad.net Does it Pay?

    Can someone please guide me and tell me if popupad.net pays or it will scam me

    as i see it has a good payment rates so if someone tried it or heard anything about it i will be glad if you tell me

    i have put the codes into my 15k site but it doesnt count impressions.

    It looks like they stopped counting stats like 2 weeks ago, I sent them few emails also to paypal address they did send payments to me but no reply. Could someone call them and find out?
