I'm building a new site that will focus on many groups, providing different content from videos that are funny, strange, bloopers etc, to videos for adults (18+, porn), to music videos, and in addition provide music, games, programs among other things. Most of this is fine, but since I have an adult section I can't use adsense and many good popup programs that I use on other sites. So basically my question is, what are some good popunder programs for adult sites that have a good CPM ($2 or more per 1k or close) and good AdSense alternatives, or other good paying ads and affiliate programs - prefereably programs that do not cost anything for users to join, pay per click programs, pay per impression programs and so on.
