Popup/Popunder and CPC Ad networks for Mobile site (Indian Traffic)?

    I took a break from managing sites for a year and lost 2/3 of visitors. Trying to figure out where the money is now.
    I've been using popads for a long time and it's the only one that still pays good.
    I've tried popcash, not bad but not as good as popads. Propellerads and revenuehits' intrusive ads are not good for mobile sites.

    I've used adiquity for 2 years. It was good. Now it's dead. I've tried adgoi but they don't count clicks. Adsterra has ridiculously low CPC. Good old buzzcity works but CPC is very low. Anyone has better suggestions for me?

    For pop ads currently AdMaven are the best, both for pc and mobile.
