Hey guys! I've been trying to find something like this for a long time, but I haven't been able to. I see all these websites where, upon visiting them, a little in-site popup/overlay appears and a video plays, and you need to either wait to skip it, watch it fully or press a little "X", it depends. Anyways, I have a website and I'd like to implement this. How is this possible? Thanks! PS: Here's an example of what I mean by in-site overlay ads: www.jeuxvideo.com , see how those video ads appear? I want something like that!
Thanks guys, I mean, I currently have no ads, I'm using a ning network (which I can add code to), but I'd like to make it so that when someone visits my front page, a video ad (from an ad network) pops up.

Do you have any concerns that a large percentage of your visitors may hate this type of advertising and might just immedatly leave your site upon being forced to view the video ad ?
