Nope, it is still against the Terms of Service to have them on popunders.
Hope I've cleared things up :)

No, seriously actually read the TOS if you don't want to get banned.

I'm pretty sure it's fine providing that is a regular pop-under that doesn't interfere in any way with the site's navigation, or might cause the user to misclick. It might be best to email Google first before taking any chances though.

In the TOS it says a site may not have to many popups. So if you have 1 popunder it should be ok

Mind telling what it should be according to you?

according to the tos (in dutch) popups and popunders are ok and the only restriction on it is these
    -not to many
-popup/under should have no negative invluance on navigation

It's really strange how many people don't read the Google AdSense ToS.

    Code (markup):
In it it says adsense may not be placed on sites with exsesive much popups. Next it says the popups or unders may not have a negative effect on the navigation and may not force you to do something.

So please if you have any other information where it explicitly says "You are NOT allowed to use popups and popunders with adsense" please share it and don't comment with "read the TOS" as I did

I agree with Edynas you are allowed to have popup but you don't have a lot of popup per user session.

i found this one on :
    https://www.google.com/adsense/supp...2&ctx=en:search&query=pop+under&topic=&type=f

so as long as the popups or popunder did not interfere with site navigation, change user preferences, or initiate downloads. is OK

    am i right?

According to me yeah but as you can see the interpertation seems to be different by others. So I am curious where Blazer, Zexy and Geoffrey and any others that agree with them find it's not.

I do have a popup on one of my sites using adsense and if it's not allowed I sure would like to know it but thus far I am not convinced that my reading of the TOS is wrong but I am open to suggestions and pointing to the paragraph where it says it's strictly forbidden to use popups and popunders.

I also run a busy forum and have for years. Even though a pop-up or pop-under page may not violate the Google ToS, they will turn your forum members off. You should read an article on "permission marketing" and avoid any such obnoxious tactics pioneered by the pornography industry. It is sure to drive forum users away. Good luck with your website.

And where did you found it?

I totally agree it's obnoxious and I myself don't like popups and unders but that is not the issue...the question here is it against TOS...and I am still curious where the others find the lines in the TOS where it says

    "you shall not pop ":)
