Populating forms from database

    ok i have a dropdown that populates from the database what i want is when u hit the submit form it pulls the data from the dropdown matching the database and displays it

    dropdown shows

    darkddl.com, click submit, the bottom form shows the following

    name, email, rating, notes, all in text boxes

    save button

    need it where i can edit the email etc from the site and save back to database

    For a small task I would do that directly with phpMyAdmin.

    doesn't become a small task when there is over 100 sites to modify adding notes to and ratings too
