Website: TwtMailer.Com The service allows twitter users to keep track of conversations & @replies / @mentions without having to login to twitter every 5 minutes. registered users recieve an email every 15 minutes if ther have had any @username replies / mentions sent to them since their last email from us / since they registered with us. users specify the email address the emails are sent to and using the twitter api only actual twitter account owners can register for their personal @username's to be checked. its explains in the thread opening post, do you have a twitter account - try it out... when you someone updates their status with @yourusername you get an email telling you someone has mentioned/messaged you. this way you don't have to keep checking up on twitter conversations - the twtmailer.com services notifies you.
