Popular Proxy Site, Custom Design - $50 starting bid!

This site just needs the right owner who can give it the love it needs. I've done some basic marketing but I don't have the time to really kickstart things and I don't have the ad accounts to monetize it properly.

As you can see, traffic is growing steadily. Easily 100 uniques per day. The last few days of November had 100-200 uniques per day because that was when I began some promotion. Site DOES have some revenue but not enough to be considered noteworthy because I haven't really ran ads.

Its registered at GoDaddy since June of last year. It was never advertised until last month and I have not paid a cent in advertising. Its all free via a method I've been successful with (and I'll include the ebook I wrote with this sale to the winning buyer). I will push it to the winners godaddy account or to their other registrar at buyers expense.

Design is COMPLETELY custom down to the URL form on Proxied pages. Its 100% unique and looks awesome, if I say so. Its been professionally coded as well (check the source code for excellent coding) and it works very well integrated into the Zelune proxy.

Visit durations are excellent - people stick around, they don't just pop in once. I don't have ads on the proxied pages so thats a ton of lost revenue

Server
The site is hosted at a VPS server at The NY Noc. It costs $18 per month. I will transfer it to the buyer if they want it or you can just move it to your server.

You are asking way too much. You'll probably get $15-20 for it.

 

What are you talking about? The hosting alone costs more then that. The design is $1xx (thats what I paid including coding) and I'm just trying to salvage some of my $ to move out of internet stuff.

Theres lots of returning, unique traffic.

 

I agree with knight rider, pretty steep price for a proxy.

 

I pay $200 a month for hosting all my proxies. Doesn't mean a low traffic proxy with almost zilch revenue is worth $200+/

As far as your template costing $1XX, you got ripped, major. I had a completely unique template coded for $25. The next one I had made cost me $35 and that coder gave me the template in 6 different styles. I'll be quite honest, the ads don't blend in at all on your template, looks kinda bad.

 

The ads are my fault and thats why I'm getting rid of it. I can't provide ads. Not sure where you got $200 for, $50 isn't even close to that.

I guess everyone is entitled to their opinion, but a proxy with pagerank, growing traffic and revenue is a worthwhile pickup.
