Selling Popular Product Reviews - This website is already ranking #1 for that term!

Hello, I set this website up a few weeks ago and it is already ranking #1 in google and yahoo for the search term "Popular Product Reviews" and has a PR of 1. I did one product review on the popular ebook readers "Nook vs Kindle" go to the website and have a look, I think you'll like it.

This is my first website sale so bare with me guys. The link to the website is http://www.popularproductreiviews.com. I set this website up a few weeks ago and now I have decided to sell it instead of trying to monetize it myself, of which, I'm not very good at. My idea was to create a page for each product review and then blog about it and link to each page from the blog that way I'd have internal liking. The way I got it to the top of the search engines for the keyword phrase "popular product reviews" I set up 2.0 web properties and linked back to the site using that phrase as the anchor text. I also did some on page optimization, that helped get the site to where it is now. For the person that buys this site, I'm willing to share my linking method and a few seo tips that should help keep this site climbing in rank.
