    This is regarding the site in my signature. How do I change recent posts at the top to "popular posts?"

    Plugins are great, aren't they? ;)

    P.S.: about "Recent Posts", that's an image. You need to edit it to say "Popular Posts" or whatever.

    Yup. You need to edit your theme, find the function that's creating your "Recent Posts" list (you should probably look inside header.php, it must be in there), and substitute it for the function described at that link I gave you before (see Installation for more details).
