    I am looking to sell http://popularposting.com it has 182 unique content posts and is a PR-1. It receives 200-400 visits a day minimal adsense earnings. I am looking for $xxx.xx :) It is following Google Trends and posts are all unique I am looking for your offers its more of the general niche but follows whats popular. :)

    I am looking to sell not cheap so if u want it cheap I can't offer it to you. I already got one offer of $70 I turned down. :D

    I'm setting the BIN at $250 !

    That means if you BIN it now you get the whole PR-1 site with 183 pages of unique content. :) You can't buy articles this cheap so get quality website this cheap today. :)
