    I am going to sell my best website, it's been revived in the past 3 months and is starting to pick up again, premium wordpress theme, good domain name... with low Alexa.

    Domain: Trollmeme.com
    Age: 9 Months+.
    Traffic: 58929 Unique visitors last month & 109777 Page views.

    Monetization: I don't advertise or have ad's yet. because I like to build sites, get traffic & sell them.

    Obviously it's a image dumping site, currently I am the only admin & I don't allow public submissions. The traffic is still stead with 13000+ visits this month & 33000+ page views.

    Any questions just ask, I am not going to sell this at a low ball price, as I have spent a lot of time on this site & I am not desperate to sell.

    It would if you put adds on it, I don't monetize my sites, I create them & the sell them. As you can see with the bid above - $350... I would have made $100 a month - if i decide to sell at that price, so why monetize it?
