To be honest if someone has a good keyword they are unlikely to want to share it. I've found web-hosting to be a good niche, although it is very stiff competition. I'd steer clear of wrestling as it pays very poorly.
try searching for very special niche using free keyword word tracker. something people need everyday but probably neglected about it. nobody would want to share it.
if you've really got no idea then it's best to spend a few days looking around this forum for ideas before you spend any money. I don't think anyone is just going to give you the right answer and even if they did, there's a lot more than just buying a website, it really does take work. Whatever you decide I wish you luck.

First dont think about the high pay keyword, even sometimes they workds but u have to develop with good content related to that niche and ofcourse u have to be update it regularly. And really if u want to keep .com site then build the content that suites ur interest so that u can build the content very easily and promote ur site. Automatically ur wl get good adsense revenue after some months. Best of Luck
