In Dmoz, google and yahoo directories submit the link by browse through the categories. In selfgrowth.com register as a professional account and then submit your link. In yahoo directory some of the category are paid. I have not paid for these directories. If you have no idea in submitting your website in these directories please use some good SEO company.

and for Yahoo directory, you need to pay for that.
