Popular Article Site with Lots of Features - Unique, Not a Script!

Why am I selling: Basically I have come across a perfect storm of sorts. I have recently built a new house which has put strain on both my wallet and my time. Although this site requires a small amount of maintenance time, I haven't been able to give it the time and attention it deserves. I have put 100's of hours into building it up, giving it a unique look and features so the decision to sell has been a difficult one. I was basically encouraged by a previous sale of a site I was attached to where the new owner was able to make a big earner out of it and really gave it the love it deserved.

The handoff has started although I will be reviewing articles (and hope to be finished and up to date) up until Noon GMT today.

I have offered to stay on as a Mod in the forum as I would love to still be invloved in the promotion of the site but that will of course be stimpsy's call.

Without all the maintenance and reviewing I can do a bit of promoting and advising as it isn't such a drain on time .. Again, we shall see as im pretty open.

Regardless keep submitting as I only expect it to keep improving now that there is a bit of new blood behind it
