    www.MobFiggaz.net

Brief History: My brother and I started this website back in 2003 as a fansite dedicated to the late Rap Legend 2pac. We had no idea that it would take off like it did. For the past 3 years that we have been running this site, we have had anywhere from 7,000 - 15,000 unique visitors per month. It seems to flunctuate alot, one month we can have only 9 thousand visitors and then the next month it can skyrocket to 14 thousand. We have put our heart and soul into this website for the past 3 years and its hard having to post it up for sale. You may be wondering what the heck "mobfiggaz" stands for eh? Well the whole concept when we decided on a name for the site was by listening to 2pacs lyrics, he was famous for saying the qoute "Money over B**ches". so thats where the "Mob" comes into play. then we got the "figgaz" part from when pac would always say he wanted to make more than "6 figgaz" (Figures). OK enough of that, lets move on...

Reason for Selling: We are now both going to college and just dont have the time to maintain it and keep it updated anymore.

    Features:
7 Exclusive Interviews with Artists, Producers and such..
    SEO Optimized
Built-in News system with SEF Urls (AJ-Fork)
Highly Indexed in Search Engines (see stats below)
Alot of Backlinks (few on PR4 and PR 5 Sites)
    Custom Unique Design

    Revenue:
Now this is nothing but a rollercoaster. Before YPN came out we had been using Adsense for about a year and was making anywhere from $200-300 per month. The YPN came out and we took down adsense and replaced it with YPN, in the beginning we were making around $8-$30 per day with the highest day being $62.26. then about a month ago it started staying at anywhere from $2-$9 per day. I was thinking about changing it back to adsense again cause then we would be garanteed atleast $7 everyday. but have been hesitant because I was hoping YPN would show me a few more $60 days.

    Stats:
I aint gonna sit here and explain every detail, you can just check them out for yourself. (Note: you wont see any stats before july 2005 because I did'nt have webstats enabled in my Cpanel before that time)

    Starting Bid: $500
    BIN: will set later
Auction: No, not really , I will just sell to the person that is willing to pay the right amount of money.

UPDATE: these sites were never sold back in december as I ended up backing out of the sale before the money was transfered. Reason why I Backed out was because alot of people had sent me emails telling me to not sell for 1,500 because these sites were worth more together.

So today , I am posting these sites back up for sale.

    starting bid $1,200

    BIN: $2,000 (both sites together)

Better contact old buyer, but he/she may not be intrested anymore as you set bin and backs out.
so hope wont back this time if someone buy it at bin.
Anyway best of luck with sale.

Right Fryman, and my advice to buyer would be to use escrow if someone really is intrested in this deal.

hey you guys are right and I know it was kinda a bad move to back out of the previous sale like that. We all make mistakes in life and we end up learning from them. I have made tons of other successful sales on this site before, that one just turned out bad.
